Box-Office

We would like to thank everyone for your support of The Intersection and especially for your patience regarding canceled, rescheduled and postponed concerts. We were among the first businesses to close and will likely be one of the last to reopen, and we’re working around the clock to sort through the dozens of shows that have been affected by this pandemic. Please see below for current options and we will update as circumstances and conditions change. 

CANCELLED SHOWS

Ticket holders will automatically be eligible for a refund for cancelled events. Alternatively, you will have 30 days to opt into receiving a 150% credit to use towards buying future tickets. There is more information under the Vouchers/Credit section.

RESCHEDULED SHOWS

Tickets for the original date will automatically be good for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced. If you have tickets to a show that is postponed, you will be able to select your refund option once the new date is announced. If 60 days has passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled date has been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time. Refunds can be requested by clicking here and filling out the refund request form.

VOUCHERS/CREDIT

If you have tickets to a show at The Intersection that gets cancelled, you may choose to receive a credit that is worth 150% of the price you paid for the tickets – including the fees. The vouchers will be good for concert tickets that perform up to six months after we return to normal operations. Please contact the venue at [email protected] if you are interested in taking advance of this option. Please include your first name, last name, phone number, and Order ID number.

DONATE

Our concert venues were among the first to close and will likely be the last to re-open. We understand many of our customers also have their own unique financial concerns during these times. If you would like to donate your purchase of tickets to the venue to help ensure we are able to reopen then please email the venue at [email protected] with your desire to do so. Please include your first name, last name, phone number, and Order ID number. In return you will have access to a special pre-sale to buy tickets before any else and will receive a Free Intersection T-shirt.

 

Hours of Operation / Box Office Information:

The Intersection box office is open M-F 12pm-6pm and is located on the Cherry Street side of venue. The box office is also open during select events for purchases.

Seating:

All shows at The Intersection are General Admission standing. We have a limited number of tables and chairs available on a first come/first serve basis. Please email [email protected] to reserve seating in advance.

Purchasing Tickets:

You may purchase tickets with major credit cards or cash and skip any surcharges. You may also purchase tickets to our events at any Etix outlet, online at www.etix.com or by calling 616.451.8232. We also sell tickets to almost all of our shows at Vertigo Music.  Vertigo Music asks that you please pay in cash and they may add an additional $2 surcharge.
