FAQ

What is your COVID policy?

Our COVID policy is left up to each artist performing. If a show has COVID restrictions, that information will be posted on the official sectionlive.com event page, as well as the ticketing site and Facebook event page.

How can I purchase tickets?

Order online at sectionlive.com, visit The Intersection Box Office, or call (616)-723-8571 to secure tickets. If a show is not yet sold out, tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

Box Office hours of operation?

The Intersection Box Office is open Monday – Friday from 12pm – 6pm. The Box Office also opens up for service during select shows and events.

Delivery methods for tickets?

Ordering online at sectionlive.com gives the option of mobile tickets sent via email or text. If you like to save your stubs, hard copy tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office or held at Will Call for a $3.00 fee.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. However, if a show or tour is canceled or postponed, refunds may be available at point of purchase.

Help! I’ve been scammed!

Unfortunately, ticket scalpers and scammers are out there. We cannot guarantee entry when tickets are purchased through any third party seller or website.

Do you have seating available?

Limited seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

We also offer reserved seating at The Intersection and Elevation for select shows. If you are interested in buying a table, please contact Stacey Alexander in advance by email at [email protected]; or call 616-723-8561.

Do you have an ADA section?

The Intersection is fully ADA compliant and we offer handicapped seating upon request.

If you require ADA accommodations, please contact Stacey Alexander in advance by email at [email protected]; or call 616-723-8561. We will notify our security and house staff to anticipate your specific needs.

ID required?

17+ shows require ID upon entry. All Ages shows do not require ID upon entry. However, a valid ID is essential when picking up tickets at Will Call or from the Guest List.

If you plan on consuming alcohol, you must be 21+ and provide a valid Driver’s License, State ID, Military ID, or a passport.

I’m on the Guest List!

Please have your ID ready and confirm with your contact prior to show that your name is on the list. We are not responsible for mistakes made by artists or band members, radio stations, or other promotional groups, although we will follow up on Guest List inquiries to the best of our ability.

What is your photo policy?

Smartphones and point-and-shoot cameras are allowed, unless otherwise specified by the artist. Professional grade cameras with removable lenses are not allowed without a photo pass and granted permission from the artist and/or venue.

Where should I park?

There are plenty of lots, meters, and ramps all over the beautiful city of Grand Rapids within walking distance. Our lot is reserved for employees and bands only.

Is there a dress code?

No formal dress code. However, we reserve the right to enforce a dress code for the safety of our employees and guests. Such details will be posted on the sectionlive.com event page and at the door.

Do you offer coat check?

Coat check is available for select shows, only when it’s cold outside.

Do you allow re-entry?

No re-entry. The only exception is our smoking section.

What time does the show start/end?

Doors and show times will be posted online at sectionlive.com. Local support, if any, will start the show followed by tour support — and, finally, the headliner(s). Each act will typically perform between 45 – 90 minute sets. We hope you come early, stay late and have fun!
